Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

All items are vintage and pre-owned, so there may be flaws and signs of wear that will be indicated in the items description. Each piece is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. 


Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

 Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 (before tax and after discounts).


Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times (once shipped):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Carrier selection is based on order size and destination.


Tracking Information

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Packaging & Sustainability

Items are securely packaged to protect delicate vintage fabrics, accessories, and jewelry during transit.
We prioritize eco-friendly and recycled packaging materials whenever possible.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

Please note:

  • Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees

  • Delivery times vary by country and are not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your shipment is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a carrier claim.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Packages returned due to address errors

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Combined Shipping

Multiple items purchased in a single order will be combined for shipping whenever possible.
Any significant overpaid shipping costs will be refunded.
